These terms govern the use of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation services provided by SydneyRelining for commercial facilities across Canada. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

01

Scope of Services

We provide trenchless pipeline rehabilitation including CIPP lining, slip-lining, and spray-applied epoxy lining for commercial and municipal infrastructure. All work is performed in accordance with Canadian civil engineering standards, including CSA and applicable provincial building codes. Specific project scope is defined in the service agreement signed by both parties.

02

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate site information, including existing pipe material, dimensions, and known defects. Access to the work area must be clear and safe. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

03

Liability and Limitations

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the specific project. We are not liable for pre-existing structural failures, third-party damage, or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate site data provided by the client. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion.

04

Termination and Changes

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. If the client cancels after mobilization, a fee covering materials and site preparation will apply. Changes to scope must be documented in a change order signed by both parties. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice posted on this page.
